LHP Chris Cody (2-1, 2.73) takes the mound tonight

The Nashville Sounds will send lefty Chris Cody (2-1, 2.73) to the mound tonight to face RHP Guillermo Moscoso (2-0, 0.82) of Oklahoma City.

Cody has pitched in four games (all starts) since being called up June 2nd. He has pitched 21.1 innings, giving up 26 hits, nine runs (8 earned), walking five, striking out 11. Three of four of his starts have been quality starts.

Chris was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 8th round of the 2006 June Draft. He was 5-1 with a 2.30 ERA with Huntsville when he got the early June call-up to Nashville.
