LHP Chris Cody called up to Nashville Sounds today

The Nashville Sounds announced today:

“Left-hander Chris Cody has been added to the Nashville pitching staff. The 25-year-old hurler opened the year at Double-A Huntsville and went 5-1 with a 2.30 ERA (15er/58.2ip) in 10 starts for the Stars. Cody ranks 3rd in the Southern League and 2nd in the Brewers organization with his 2.30 ERA. The southpaw held SL opponents to a minuscule .195 batting average and struck out 48 batters while walking only 10 in his 58 2/3 innings of work.”

Chris Cody threw some warm-up before tonight's game.
